Jim has over 30 years of marketing experience in both the public and private sectors. As the former Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Health Canada, his responsibilities included directing national marketing and communications campaigns in a multitude of health areas.

Bernie Colterman, Director, CEPSM

Throughout his 20-year marketing career, Bernie has facilitated numerous marketing campaigns for the government, consumer and business sectors. He has developed hundreds of collaborative arrangements across a multitude of industries, raising over $25 million dollars in sponsorships.

Tamey has over 10 years of web related consulting, marketing and project management experience. Working as a management consultant for Accenture and then as the Manager of Internet Development and Design at Health Canada. Her experience encompasses technology and content in both the public and private sectors.

Anne Lavack, Associate, CEPSM

Anne (Phd.) has many years of marketing experience as both a practioner and academic . She was formerly an Account Director for a large advertising agency and has also worked as a marketing consultant. Anne has taught marketing at numerous universities and is presently Acting Dean, Faculty of Business Administration, University of Regina.

Denis Vézina, Associate, CEPSM

Denis is a communications executive with over thirty years of experience in the federal public service. He has held senior communications management positions with numerous departments. Mr. Vézina is active in the Communications Community Office (CCO) and holds degrees in Translation as well as in Public and International Administration.

Janet Davies, Associate, CEPSM

Janet Davies is an Ottawa-based policy and communications expert, with over 20 years of experience in government and non-profit sectors. She has been a Director General at Health Canada and is the former Director of Policy and Communications at the Canadian Nursing Association. Janet has also held various senior positions in the fields of environment and economics.

Lisa Watson, Associate, CEPSM

Lisa has many years of research consulting and marketing experience, both as a practitioner and an academic. Her work is frequently cited in various academic journals. She has taught marketing and research related courses at universities in Canada and abroad. Lisa is currently Assistant Professor, Faculty of Business Administration, University of Regina.

Bhasker Mukerji, Associate, CEPSM

Dr. Bhasker Mukerji is an Assistant professor of Marketing at St. Francis Xavier University in Canada. He has received education in three continents and has worked for a number of years in the private sector. Bhasker has also taught Marketing courses at the Sprott School of Business (Carleton University) and Telfer School of Management (University of Ottawa).

Claire is Vice President at Colterman Marketing Group where she is responsible for daily operations and marketing consulting in exhibits, sponsorship and partnership. A 17-year seasoned veteran of the event marketing and trade show industries, she is a confident project manager serving clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors as well as the lead on CMG Canada’s annual marketing event, MARCOM.

Lynda Partner, Associate, CEPSM

Lynda Partner is a Certified Internet Marketing and Business Strategist (CIIMBS) and an internet marketing pioneer with over 25 years of experience honed on the delivery of complex programs for clients such as General Motors, American Express, GMAC, Sprint, CRA, Immigration Canada and other demanding clients. She has been CEO of 4 companies, leading a team that launched a mobile satellite network, growing a company that designed, developed and launched a web-based marketing software product, and running a market research firm.

Kneale Mann, Associate, CEPSM

During his 25 year media and marketing career, Kneale is a 14-time Canadian Music Award recipient. He has launched two major market radio stations, produced events, consulted radio and television projects, overseen advertising campaigns, written published newspaper and online columns and facilitated research initiatives. Mann currently consults on business and marketing strategy and as an active social media contributor writes a top rated marketing and media blog.
